A Fast-Paced Account of a 27-day Epic Adventure Along the Camino Frances

Unsure what to expect along the Camino de Santiago?

This fast-paced video blog follows couple Julian and Antoinette walking the Camino Frances, the most popular route to Camino de Santiago.

Their 27-day epic adventure is documented in its entirety, from packing to receiving their final stamp to mark the end of their journey. The video documents the highs and lows of the pilgrimage including sore feet, a luxury hostel and a little trip to the hospital.

The Camino Frances begins in St Jean Pied de Port in the Pyrenees. More than 100,000 people walk this route every year with it having great trail signposts making it very difficult to get lost and tricky terrain is at a minimum.

The Camino Frances takes around a month on foot and it passes through famous towns such as Pamplona, Burgos and Leon. Although walking this route in the medieval times was likely to get you a mugging or even killed, today the route is extremely safe and many choose to walk the path alone.
